Our Design Services and Pricing
Our fees are structured as a percentage of the total project cost and broken down into key project phases:

Design Fee Breakdown
Here’s how the total design fee is distributed across each phase:

Concept Design: 15% of the design fee.
Covers initial concepts, sketches, and feasibility studies. -
Schematic Design: 20% of the design fee.
Includes layouts, site plans, and key elevations. -
Design Development: 25% of the design fee.
Involves finalizing plans, sections, and elevations. -
Detailed Design & Documentation: 30% of the design fee.
Comprehensive construction-ready drawings, including structural, MEP, and other details. -
Project Coordination: 10% of the design fee.
Oversight during construction, available upon request.
Example Calculation:
If your project cost is 10 million, the total design fee is typically 6% of the project cost (i.e., $ 600,000). This fee is divided as follows:

Payment Terms
